Malta’s music venues are definitely upping their game. With cool decor and a constant stream of live music, here’s our list of 2019’s hottest music venues in Malta:
Zion Reggae Bar

This local staple is a Summer must. After having a minor heart attack when noticing that it has simply disappeared off the map, we were relieved to hear that the bar was being revamped! We cannot wait to see how it’s gonna look like (we also miss its delicious menu!) Safe to say we’re all set for Summer 2019 and long nights at Zion!
Hole in The Wall
This picturesque bar is definitely a unique spot in Malta. With an elevated platform and a mini drum kit, this bar hosts wonderful acoustic and intimate sets. Safe to say that this place offers a unique musical experience, and it’s definitely a must to attend a gig at Hole in the Wall in 2019.

Storeroom has all the makes of a high-quality music venue, not to mention its stylish interior. Tucked away in Ta’ Xbiex, Storeroom is always a good idea if you want to listen to world-class jazz musicians or your favourite local artist!

The Garage has become the go-to venue for Malta’s rockers and metalheads. Thanks to constant gigs all-year round, The Garage is helping to keep the hard rock and metal live scene alive and kicking (or should we say, headbanging?)

This jazz venue in Valletta offers an intimate setting that will surely make a gig memorable. Hosting touring acts from around the globe, as well as serving as a platform for local musicians, Offbeat should undoubtedly be your go-to venue in Valletta this year.
