Rock for Richmond 2023 Promises Energy from BRIKKUNI, JOON & Kym Pepe

Expect indie rock energy at the fourth year of Rock for Richmond 2023, a fundraising event in support of the Richmond Foundation supporting mental health. This year’s edition features local bands BRIKKUNI, Kym Pepe and JOON.

The event will take place on 19 August at the Mosta Greek Amphitheatre, near MCAST Mosta and is sponsored by Shoulder Compliance, Hole in the Wall, and the Inkontru.app.

Who’s playing Rock for Richmond 2023?

The Rock for Richmond 2023 lineup features BRIKKUNI, an alternative band that plays from punk rock to new wave. Along with them are two local female solo acts JOON & Kym Pepe.

JOON is an electro pop Maltese producer and Kym Pepe is an indie artist who once played backing vocals for BRIKKUNI.

All three acts are musically diverse, talented and locally respected musicians.

What is the Richmond Foundation 2023?

The Richmond Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports people experiencing mental health problems and those around them. They offer therapeutic care, support groups, assisted living, education and counselling to hundreds of people in Malta that need it most.

In terms of edible subsistence, EAT (For the love of food) will also be present. Infamous for their smoked meat, the truck that usually props on top of ‘Gnien l-Gharusa tal-Mosta’ will be serving food on the night. If you cannot eat meat, the organisers confirmed that vegan food will also be offered.

Where do I buy tickets?

Come support those struggling with mental health by buying your ticket here and attending this great event.
