Terms of Service

By using trackagescheme.com or tickets.trackagescheme.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Trackage Scheme is operated from Flat 1, Block C, Triq il-Konti Manduca, Naxxar Gardens, Naxxar NXR1123, Malta.

Trackage Scheme provides:

• Event ticketing - a platform for organisers to sell tickets and for attendees to purchase them.
• Artist directory - a space for musicians and bands to create public profiles.
• Music lessons marketplace - a service that connects students with music teachers.
• Blog - music news and content about Malta's music scene.

• Tickets are sold on behalf of event organisers. Trackage Scheme acts as the ticketing platform, not the event organiser.
• A booking fee is applied to each ticket purchase. The fee amount is displayed before checkout.
• Refund policies are set by individual event organisers. Contact the organiser directly for refund requests.
• If an event is cancelled by the organiser, attendees are entitled to a full refund including booking fees.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless the event organiser permits otherwise.
• Each ticket includes a unique QR code. Duplicating or sharing QR codes may result in denied entry.

• Trackage Scheme operates as a marketplace connecting students with independent music teachers. We are not the employer of any tutor on the platform.
• Tutors set their own rates, availability, and teaching methods.
• A platform fee is deducted from each lesson booking. The remainder is paid to the tutor.
• The quality of lessons is the responsibility of the individual tutor. Trackage Scheme does not guarantee outcomes.
• Student and tutor contact details are only shared after a booking is confirmed and paid.

• Artists retain full ownership of their content (bio, images, music links).
• By submitting a profile, you grant Trackage Scheme a licence to display your content on the platform.
• Profiles are reviewed before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove profiles that violate these terms.
• You must not submit content that infringes on the rights of others or contains offensive material.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Resell tickets above face value unless authorised by the organiser.

Trackage Scheme provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from event cancellations, lesson disputes, or issues between users and third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
